Withdrawal Steps
- Sign in – Ensure you're logged in and your email is verified
- Go to Withdraw – Navigate to Withdraw
- Select cryptocurrency – Choose your preferred currency and network
- Enter amount – Specify how many coins to convert (must meet minimum)
- Enter wallet address – Use your external wallet address for the selected network
- Confirm – Review the amount, fee, and address, then submit
Always double-check your wallet address and network. Transactions to the wrong address cannot be reversed. Use the correct network (e.g. BEP20 vs TRC20 for TON).
Processing Time
